Little Red Book

The introduction of this online catalogue was the beginning of a transformation in which digitized in-home marketing allowed consumers to have instantaneous access to JCPenney's latest trends and must-haves. This initiative was a part of a plan to reinvent the retailer's image as a leader in the virtual space by providing innovative and unique curated experiences with expanded assortments and product information both online and in-store with their FindMore interactive displays. The efforts made by the department store not only proved to significantly drive investments and sales, but quickly influenced other retailers — such as Sears and Forever 21 — to emulate similar digital runway and lookbook experiences.
